Aperol Spritz

 Aperol Spritz Recipe

The Aperol Spritz is a classic Italian cocktail known for its bright orange color, refreshing taste, and balanced mix of bitter-sweet Aperol, crisp Prosecco, and sparkling soda water. Served over ice with a slice of orange, it’s light, bubbly, and perfect as an aperitif before meals.

Ingredients

  • 3 parts Prosecco (about 90 ml / 3 oz)
  • 2 parts Aperol (about 60 ml / 2 oz)
  • 1 part soda water (about 30 ml / 1 oz)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 slice of orange (for garnish)

How to Make It

  1. Fill a large wine glass generously with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the Prosecco first (this keeps the bubbles fresh).
  3. Add the Aperol slowly.
  4. Top with a splash of soda water.
  5. Stir gently once or twice to mix (don’t over-stir).
  6. Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim or in the drink.
